Who publishes this site
First Coast Appliance Group, an independent appliance repair company working across the First Coast of northeast Florida. Contact details are on the contact page.
What the published figures mean
The diagnostic fee shown on this site — $80 — is a fixed charge for the visit and the diagnosis. It is not a quotation for a repair. No repair price is quoted anywhere on this site, because no repair can be priced before someone has looked at the appliance. Written estimate before any work begins.
Warranty durations shown here (90 days labor, 365 days parts) are the standard terms and are set out in full on the warranty page. The terms that bind are the ones on the estimate you sign, not the summary on a web page.
The guides are background, not instructions
The guides on this site describe how appliances fail in this region and what the symptoms usually indicate. They are written to help you describe a fault accurately and to know when a visit is worth booking. They are not repair instructions, and nothing in them should be taken as a direction to open, dismantle or work on an appliance yourself. Refrigerant circuits, gas connections and mains wiring in particular are not homeowner territory.
We take reasonable care over what we publish, and we correct errors when they are pointed out, but the material is provided without warranty of accuracy for any particular appliance or address.
Manufacturer names on this site
Manufacturer names are used descriptively, to identify the appliances we service, and never as a badge of approval. The full affiliation statement is printed in the footer of every page.

Regional and technical statements
Statements on this site about climate, coastal exposure, housing stock and typical failure patterns describe general conditions across the service area. They are written from this company's own service record and from publicly reported conditions, and they are generalisations: they are not a diagnosis of any particular appliance, and no page here should be read as one. A diagnosis is made at the address, on the machine, and is given to you in writing before any part is ordered.

Every link on this site points to another page on this site. We do not embed third-party scripts, fonts, maps or trackers — see the privacy notice. Site content and layout are ours; you may quote a short passage with attribution, but not republish a page wholesale.
