What to have ready
- The brand, and the appliance type.
- The model and serial number if you can reach them — usually on a plate inside the door, along a drawer runner, or behind the toe grille.
- Your ZIP code, and whether the property is gated. One tells us which conditions apply at the address; the other decides whether access is arranged at booking or on the day.
- What the appliance is doing, in your own words, and roughly when it started.
